A Day of Kulcha and Trippa

Breakfast is on the balcony overlooking the Pizza Navone (with extra anchovies)

and then it is off with Stefano to visit the University chapel which is only open for 1 hour each week.

Pathetic library-no coppies of Blinky Bill!
Our group then makes its way to the Villa Borghese to overload on Messrs. Bernini and Carravagio.
Get your filthy hands off of me you big lug!

WTF?

Nice head, pity about the body

Eat marble Goliath!

Lunch is at a somewhat dodgy Trattoria which somehow had managed to lose our booking; once again I had to heavily sedate Stefano!
After lunch we enjoyed a delightful recital of Italian top 40 hits at a local palace still inhabited by a real Roman princess.
R & I strolled to Trastavere, a really rocking part of town where we enjoy a trappazino, which is Roman fast food consisting of wedges of bread with a variety of fillings(personally, I would recommend the tripe).
Then it is gelato time at Fata Morgana.
